Tropical water lilies make such a big impact! Each plant can spread leaves across 6' of your pond. Although tropical lilies are annuals (you'll have to throw them out at the end of fall), their variety and frequency of blossoms will have you coming back for more every spring. Standing tall out of the water, the tropical water lily bloom is more vibrant than its cousin the hardy water lily which most ponds have. And some tropical water lilies are fragrant!

Optimal planting depth for tropical water lilies is 6" -12". They love heat.
Water temperature should be consistently 70 degrees or warmer for tropical water lilies.

Our tropical water lilies are sold bare root.  For best blooming, we recommend planting them in fabric pots with aquatic soil or pea gravel so that you can add fertilizer. Water lilies bloom best when fertilized.  See our water lily planting video here.

Night blooming lilies open their blossoms around 8pm and close back up in the late morning. They are incredible, and such a novelty! 

Because of situations out of our control such as crop failure, weather issues, etc. we cannot guarantee the color selection but will do our best to provide the choice you select.  There are no refunds for Pre-Order Tropical Water Lilies. 

*Shipping and Potting Information:

• You will be asked if you would like your lily shipped or will be picking it up in the reminder email in May. You do not need to choose now.
• Shipping of lily to any address in the state of Indiana $20.00 (Maximum 2 lilies for $20 shipping). Shipping will be charged later.
• Potting materials include fabric bag with drawstring, soil, and fertilizer for the entire season. Additional charge $45.99 per lily.
  
• Shipping of lily planting supplies to any address in the state of Indiana $20.00 per lily.
