Refund policy

Products may be returned or exchanged with full refund within thirty days and with a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers may be requested by email store@coolponds.net or by phone 317-786-3670. Shipping on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.

Products carrying a manufacturers warranty may be returned to Cool Ponds for replacement (unless otherwise specified). A return authorization is also required for warranty returns. Return shipment of the defective product is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping of new product will be paid by Cool Ponds.
