We are so thrilled to be able to help people across the entire country with their backyard pond needs! The same family that began Cool Ponds in 2004 is the same family that owns and operates Cool Ponds today.
We know shipping costs are a big reason people turn away from small businesses and towards bigger box stores and online outlets, so we've tried to make our shipping charges as minimal as possible for you.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is now offered across the continental United States. The free shipping minimum for the eastern half of the U.S. is $50. The free shipping minimum for the western half of the U.S. is $100.

If your order is under the minimum amount for free shipping, we charge a minimal shipping fee.

All orders ship the same or next day that Cool Ponds is open. We are open Tuesday through Saturday most of the year, closed on Saturdays during the winter.
We ship most packages via USPS priority mail. Bulky items are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Curbside Pickup
We offer curbside pickup at our brick and mortar store in Indianapolis. Some of the heavier, bulkier items that we sell online are for curbside pickup only.
If you live in a neighboring state and want to journey to central Indiana for a curbside pickup, your option to do so will be grayed out during checkout. Feel free to use our address for the "shipping" address for curbside pickup. Our address is 901 E Hanna Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
